Shannon Slaughter & County Clare is a high-energy bluegrass band featuring a collection of talented musicians and vocalists who share a love for traditional and contemporary bluegrass and country music. Shannon and Heather Slaughter are originally from Chiefland, Florida and Argo, Alabama, respectively. Their powerful duet singing is the mainstay of each County Clare performance.

Core members are John Boulware (fiddle / mandolin / vocals), Blake Bowen (bass / vocals), Casey Murray (banjo / guitar / vocals), Heather Slaughter (mandolin / vocals), and Shannon Slaughter (guitar / vocals). These members bring an immense amount of professional experience to the stage, having performed with and recorded with the likes of The Lonesome River Band, The Country Gentlemen, Lou Reid and Carolina, Larry Stephenson, and Michael Cleveland and Flamekeeper.
